That statement couldn’t be farther from the truth.  For some reason people have the idea that if they put a website up that visitors will pour in from all around.  That only happens IF and when you invite others to come to your website.

Starting a Ezine / Newsletter

Last night was the last leg of Ali Brown’s teleseminar on Ezine Marketing Secrets for 2008.  Of course I was on that call and again, it was awesome.  The best part about the teleseminar was she interviewed several of her clients who took her course and have seen phenomenal results.   A couple of them talked about how they started their newsletters with less than 10 subscribers!  As Ali says and I quote, “it’s not the quantity, it’s the quality” of people who are subscribed that makes the difference.

If not, you missed a great call!  I was ready with pen and paper in hand and took 4 pages of notes!  But I have to tell you, I was SO disappointed when my phone went dead 15 minutes before the end of the call!  UGH!  That’s just how much I appreciated Ali and the information she freely shared.

I’m looking forward to the second part of this teleseminar on Thursday, March 27th!  It’s not too late to get in on this call, although Ali had to assign 4 different telephone numbers to accomodate the 6000+ people who registered.

I have something that I encourage you to pay very close attention to.

You’ve heard of Alexandria Brown, “The Ezine Queen”, right?

If not, she’s a multi-million dollar business owner who owes all her marketing power to her email newsletter, or “ezine”. Since launching her ezine several years ago, thousands of other solo-preneurs and small business owners have become students of hers.

Why does she have such a following? She teaches a simple ezine system that shows you how to publish as little as one email every two weeks to increase your sales. Also, Ali teaches email marketing strategies for real business owners.
