It’s no secret that times are tough all over. With layoffs abound, more and more people are searching for alternate ways to generate additional income.

With business profits facing downturns, business owners are looking for ways to reach new customers.  And thank goodness, one haven of opportunity still exists – yep, I’m talking about marketing on the Internet.

As I watched the news this evening, I couldn’t help but wonder what would happen to all of the people who lost their jobs today.

70,000 jobs all gone in one day!

While I can definitely relate to being laid off a job (way back in 1999), it was no where near the trauma and/or state the economy is in today.

People are becoming more and more desperate, nervous, scared and at a lost of losing their homes, cars, savings and even having to pull their children out of college.
