After talking with a client today, I was compelled to set up an ecourse for her as well as my lists, other clients and for anyone who reads this message

Pretty much once you get the understanding of internet marketing and how to build huge lists, you sort of forget that others might want to know as well.

Everyday there are thousands of entrepreneurs, new business owners, work at home moms and dads, looking for information products and articles on how to build their businesses without a lot of fuss and digging into their budgets.

How many of you have received a request for order via email? You confirm the order, payment and shipping method right? You thank the customer and that’s it. Wrong! Recurring sales are from previous customers so, the best way to show your appreciation is to ask your customer for their birth date and anniversary. If applicable ask for their children’s birthday as well as the spouse.

Send birthday cards, anniversary cards and holiday cards. This is a sure way for your customers to remember you and your business. Send sales brochures/catalogs too!

There will always be people in life who try to do this to you. . ..

But just continue to be strong . . . and keep moving forward!
